Wroclaw is known as the city of dwarves. A truly beautiful city with a great market square filled with elegant townhouses and awesome sights. Wroclaw lies on the Oder in western Poland and is the third largest city in the country after Warsaw and Krakow. With around 640,000 inhabitants the city has been the capital of Lower Silesian Voivodeship since 1999 and was European Capital of Culture in 2016.

Wroclaw is now considered one of the most beautiful cities in Poland and inspires at first glance. A lively student town on the waterfront with picturesque streets, charming café’s, magnificent facades and one of the most beautiful and largest medieval market squares in Poland. Did you know that there are more than 800 dwarf figures in Wroclaw? More and more are being added and they are a symbol of the city.
