Together with the neighboring cities of Gdynia and Danzig, which are each around 9 kilometers away, it forms the so-called Tricity conurbation. Sopot is a Baltic Sea resort located in the north of the country. The spa town is known, among other things, for its wooden pier, which at around 500 meters is the longest on the Baltic Sea. The place has been known as a spa for around 200 years.
A beautiful place that invites you to stroll. A seemingly endless beach promenade with great sandy beaches. From Sopot you can see the port of Gdansk and there are also several train, tram and bus services that operate between the cities. The place is also known for its crooked house and the beautiful spa house where water is pumped up from the St. Adalbert spring. Sopot should definitely be on your list when visiting Poland.
