The best way to reach Fornalutx is by car or bus. The bus is the best way to get here from Sóller. By car, the journey from Sóller takes about 10 minutes. If you’re coming from Palma, the approximately 28 kilometers will take 40 minutes.
The months of June-August are the most beautiful and warmest, but also the most crowded. Therefore, we recommend the spring and fall months (March-May & September-November).
This well-preserved village is considered relatively expensive, especially during the high season (June-August). Compared to other places on Mallorca, you’ll have to dig a little deeper into your pockets.
The town also offers good and cute accommodations. However, if you don’t want to stay overnight, you should plan half a day for Fornalutx.
